Im 14 and male, and I have pimples on my forehead. I have been using Neutrogena and Shiseido to clean my face regularly, I wash my face regularly and I dont pick my pimples.l Now my pimples are gona and brown marks left ony my forehead. Question is, what do you recommend that can remove the marks? Also, I'm worried that the pimples are leaving crater-like scar on my forehead in the future. i dont squeeze my pimples, but the scars still come well? I'm worried because my dad has the scars and I did my best to protect my face. Please help, thanks =)
Because there have not poked the scars are not that deep, so try getting your hands on some sesame seed oil (the one I use is kinda home-made, so good luck finding one without preservatives), put some in your face every day after washing up (only when you are at home dude, oil is oil), and not sleep with it. ORRR get down to eating fruit and vegetables, lots of it, and drink lotsa water, you need patience. And do not try anythnig extreme or try speeding up the process that just makes it worse
