Recently i have had a break out of acne and have been referred to a dermatologist. I have been put on antibiotics and had cream for the time being. I would like to know if there is anything that can help from the inside, I heard green tea is supposed to work wonders? Any reccomendations? I would be really grateful 
p.s i wont try any toothpaste on my skin! i heard alot about that for some reason.. and i dont like the thought of it!
