Natural Acne Treatment Permanent Cure and Prevent It
Acne is a disorder which is associated with the action of hormones on the oil glands of the skin. This results in plugged pores and we usually referred to as pimples or zits which is an outbreak of lesions. Acne lesions usually occur on the neck, back, chest, face and shoulders. Yet the exact cause of acne is unknown. But according to doctors it results from the various relevant factors. One of the important factors of acne is increase in hormones called androgens. It is male sex hormones. Starting or stopping birth pills also results in acne. Due to hormonal changes during pregnancy also results in acne.
Acne is caused due to unreasonable, irregular diet, excessive use of alcohol, coffee, sugar, flour, fried and fatty foods, chronic constipation, nervous and endocrine disorders.
Some of the best treatments for acne –
1. Take a glass of warm boiled water. Pour a teaspoon of dye and a teaspoon of honey. Mix this solution well. Take a cotton swab and dip it well in the solution and apply this solution with the help of cotton swab with pimply skin. Leave the mixture applied for 20-30 minutes and then wash your face. This will give effective results reduction of acne.
2. To reduce the effects of acne prepare an effective solution. Take I table spoon of dried or fresh herbs in a glass of boiled water like tea. Allow it to cool the mixture and then drain the water. Residue left add equal amounts of wine and 1 tablespoon of apple or wine vinegar. You need to add alcohol three times less if the skin is dry. Apply this solution all over your face. It would certainly be helpful to compression of acne.
3. Take a cup of hot water and add 1 tablespoon of dandelion root. After boiling it keep it on simmer for 15 minutes. Then allow it to cool for approximately 45 minutes and then drain it. Drink this solution at least 1/3-1/2 cup 3 times a day. These solutions need to take approximately 15 minutes before eating meals. This treatment is effective and it certainly reduces the skin rashes and acne. To have an effective result and also to reduce the problem of acne must to follow any treatment regularly.
